Filler Blocks II

More filler blocks finished, I have two more of the pinwheel blocks done. They come in two sizes.One is 3 1/2 " and the other two  are  3" blocks ....


Next we have courthouse steps blocks,the first is  8 1/2" square


This next one is 7 1/2" square...


The next is 5 1/2" square...


The last two courthouse blocks are 4 1/2 " square...


Next up is the hourglass block, there are three in this group. The first one is 4 1/2 " square....

The next one is 6 1/2" square...


And the last one is 5 1/2 " square...
 Minnesota shop hop begins friday!  I may have to pick this back up on Sunday, see ya all then, Martha.

Onward!

  I have been doing some more sewing of flying geese, the past couple of days.  I have made some progress as I have about twenty sashings total sewn now.  Here are pics of what I have finished so far. I also got back another lap quilt from the quilter and I have sewn down the binding on the front side. In the evenings I am enjoying hand sewing the back side.   I also purchased some Applipops  , which were a bit on the expensive side($35) and decided to try them for all the circles in this quilt. They are not worth the price in my opinion.  To each his own. I prefer my mylar circle washers, There are many more sizes and easier to use. Ryokan Second Visit
