sew what's new?

  I have a little preview of the Coastal Lily  quilt that I'm working on.... I  have made quilt labels from pieces of the civil war  fabric from Judie Rothermel. I also finished the binding on another Tula Pink " Line work " quilt that recently came back from the quilter's. Last pic is the backing fabric, another Tula Pink backing.   I've had this fabric with Civil War Ladies on it for at least ten years. It was designed by Judie Rothermel for Marcus fabrics. I'm going to finish them off sewing them in a square in a square fashion.  I then reverted back to working on  my Coastal Lily  .     When I finished playing with that I did some houses from Edyta Sitar's mini Winter Village, It gave me a good start. Today is the first time in a week the we in Minnesota were above zero! So I got to spend a lot of  time in my sewing room. Be safe and be kind! Martha.
