sew what's new?

  I made a few blocks and I  thought I'd share them with you..... Only 49 more blocks to go! I also made some arm chair remote holders and covers.  And a back head rest.  Keep safe , chatter later, Martha.   I had to see how at least one block would look like, so I got one put together. Even though the embroider  and  berries aren't there, it still gives a clue how the block will look.   I have also finished the last 15 flying geese sashings.... There is a lot of waste in the way this quilt is made, so I am sewing up the half square triangles for a smaller wall hanging. For each block made I have 2 small blocks left over. I was picking up my sewing room and moving a few pieces of furniture around. I found some bright diamonds of batiks leftover from a quilt that I made for my brother two years ago. I couldn't just throw them out .So I made a table runner. I added some applique with Cherrywood and wool. Haven't got all the wool sewn down yet, but thought I would share anyway...... This is one end of the runner. This is the other. I will share again when finished, Martha.
