Another Finish

Image
I finished my 16 patch "Handmade" Tula Pink top.... And pieced the backing fabric, so it might be ready for the quilter.... I finished another embroidery block.... And got another ready for tonight's tv sewing.  Since I still have quite a bit left of the "Handmade" line of fabric, I started a dresden plate quilt. The last one is just laying on the background squares and I have a quarter circle piece on top of that. I cut out ten circles ,and am getting them ready to iron tomorrow. Went to see and visit with my quilter as he had one ready for pick-up. I brought another to him, so it can get in line. I have the binding on one side, (of the one I picked up) when the back side is handsewn down , I'll show it ! All for now, be safe and be kind. Martha.

Another Block Down

I have finished another block in my"Winter Wonderland" quilt. I thought I'd try to have them pressed for you to peruse.... Here's the next block on the hoop for tonight... I have also started putting rows together on my 16 patch Tula Pink quilt. I have four rows sewn together and there will be a total of eight. All for now, be safe and be kind, chatter later, Martha.

End of Year

Made a few more masks and got them sent off yesterday. I started a 16 patch quilt from my Tula Pink "Handmade Line". I have got 30 blocks finished, but I need 56.  I think that should get me the size I want. Eight rows of seven, with 8 1/2" blocks.  I am planning on just a few strip pieces leftover. My daughter wants a travel bag too, but for her birthday, at the end of January. I will be heading to the quilt shop later this week for the fabric. She let me know black and white fabric is her choice.  I have less than 30 days ,so I better get hopping. Be safe and be kind, Martha.
