Another Finish

 I finished my 16 patch "Handmade" Tula Pink top....





And pieced the backing fabric, so it might be ready for the quilter....




I finished another embroidery block....




And got another ready for tonight's tv sewing. 




Since I still have quite a bit left of the "Handmade" line of fabric, I started a dresden plate quilt.










The last one is just laying on the background squares and I have a quarter circle piece on top of that. I cut out ten circles ,and am getting them ready to iron tomorrow.



Went to see and visit with my quilter as he had one ready for pick-up. I brought another to him, so it can get in line. I have the binding on one side, (of the one I picked up) when the back side is handsewn down , I'll show it ! All for now, be safe and be kind. Martha.

Onward!

  I have been doing some more sewing of flying geese, the past couple of days.  I have made some progress as I have about twenty sashings total sewn now.  Here are pics of what I have finished so far. I also got back another lap quilt from the quilter and I have sewn down the binding on the front side. In the evenings I am enjoying hand sewing the back side.   I also purchased some Applipops  , which were a bit on the expensive side($35) and decided to try them for all the circles in this quilt. They are not worth the price in my opinion.  To each his own. I prefer my mylar circle washers, There are many more sizes and easier to use. Ryokan Second Visit

  I have finished the last four blocks and have played around with placement. Here are some pics to show with my progress.... See the sashing on the bottom row has been started! I have also been working on my handwork at night, with my Lucy Boston quilt. All for now,chatter more later, Martha.
